Nach meiner Ankunft wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und an Sylvester sogar zu einem BBQ vor dem Hotel eingeladen. Besonders der Nacht Portier Sha war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel selbst ist für eine Stadt wie Patong sehr ruhig gelegen. Ich hatte innerhalb 2 Wochen keine Probleme mit Lärm in der Nacht. Zum Hotel gehört ein eigenes Massage Studio mit guter Kokosnuss Massage. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht inklusive frischer Handtücher. Klimaanlage, kleiner Kühlschrank, frisches Wasser, Safe, großes Bett und ein Duschvorhang haben für 20€ pro Nacht das Ganze abgerundet. Einzigste Wermutstropfen war, dass nur ein Licht im Zimmer funktioniert hat. Sonst war ich sehr zufrieden und würde wieder im Smiley Home ein Zimmer buchen.
