Great spot on hillside with multiple levels of swimming pools and restaurants. The cafe at seaside is nice but closes early end afternoon. Staff could help notifying noisy guests on balconies partying after 23pm?

Arriving day one my first meal pool side was horrible. I said the sea food wasn’t cooked well I asked for a replacement dish but was charged for all meals. I enquired why I was being charged for sub standard food? I was told there policy is order it you bought it. I then proceeded to spend my entire trip sick with food poisoning. My entire was ruined buyer beware you ordered it you bought it!

Good hotel, nicely decorated, good restaurant and breakfast, beautiful pool. We took 2 rooms and both were dirty and full of ants on the bed, tables, floor. We asked room service for cleaning and they were unable to handle the issue efficiently. In addition, the hotel is very far from the entertainment areas - suitable for those looking for rest.
