Wonderful get away!

Even though the temperatures weren’t warm enough for us to use the pool, we enjoyed sitting in the backyard near the pool during happy hour at night. This is a wonderful property, very happy we found it!

Great house, very clean, nice location. I wish the pool could have been heated and the hall bath had been bigger, it's pretty tight. Overall though, we'd go back.

Great place - kitchen was stocked, beds were very comfortable, backyard was amazing. I appreciate when bedrooms have dressers for clothes and logging into various streaming services on the TV was easy peasy. Thanks for a great stay!

Family reunion

Our third year staying at this lovely home. It is beautiful well appointed with a great location. We were welcomed with a plate of freshly baked cookies and a bottle of champagne in the fridge with chilled glasses. Such a wonderful welcome!

The place was great - actually perfect for our purposes! We did everything we wanted to do. One note: Traffic was worse then we thought it would be but that's just our ignorance of Phoenix metro, not at all a reflection of the house.

This house was PERFECT for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids)! Super clean, well equipped with bath and kitchen necessities (including spices), washer/dryer, a nice in-between distance to ballparks, nice neighborhood, welcoming, we enjoyed the lemon tree so much, and felt "at home".

Peoria getaway home.

The stay was great with an easy entry and very clean house. Communication was good but we did not see directions about the pool and the waterfall operation. Management walked us through how to start the pool's waterfall. Nice cookie treat when we walked in the door as well!

Well maintained clean property. Everything worked as expected. Plenty of little bonuses. Extra items in pantry, soap under the sink make it even better. Checkin/out process was very simple. Would stay here again.

We want to come back!

We loved everything about this place! It's a great location with close access to the 101 freeway. There is a walk path with close and easy accessibility. The house was super clean with great amenities. Some of my favorites were the amazing water pressure, no key required for in/out of the house, backyard seating options, pool toys and floats, the pool basketball hoop...the list really goes on. I highly recommend and look forward to being able to stay here again when we get to come back to the valley.

Perfect Home to Beat the Desert Heat

Visiting Phoenix is July isn’t really on the top of a typical persons wish list, but we found this gem of a home with an amazing pool that was heavily used over the week. The home itself was clean and everything was in good working condition. A binder with various instructions on how to use the appliances and pool features was available. Freshly baked cookies upon arrival was a very nice touch as well. This home worked well for my family, but we did run out of toilet paper and garbage bags. No big deal really, just a minor additional cost. Overall, I’d stay again for all the reasons above and the fact that you’re so close to the 101 Loop that you can get anywhere you need to go relatively easily!
