Luxury RV in Beautiful Cave Creek!

Enjoy Cave Creek in our immaculate RV. This is one of the most comfortable, nicest RVs you'll likely find. Located on a working horse ranch, yet peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Views out every window. Walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants, a relaxing massage, CVS, fast food, hair salon, nail salon, cigar bar, etc. This is the location. Close to golf, hiking, antique shops...all Cave Creek has to offer. Grab a burger and watch calf roping right across the street. Fully equipped kitchen, two reclining chairs directly in front of the fireplace and TV, and it's loaded with every pay service there is (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube Premium, Paramount+, Disney...all of them.) Great, reliable 5G whole house internet. Separate bedroom has very comfortable queen bed, with it's own TV with all channels. Property sleeps 4 people comfortably. Electrically automatic inflating and deflating queen sized bed may be inflated in the main room to sleep 2 additional guests, if needed, all bedding provided. Full kitchen, with all cookware, dish ware, utensils, coffee maker, ice maker, glasses, etc. Dual AC units in main room and bedroom for total comfort in any outside temperature. Full bathroom. Shower has great water pressure and abundant hot water. Immaculately cleaned, stocked and ready for your arrival!

Nice Stay
Good stay. Location is fun with the horses in the area. The area outside is generally just dirty because of location. The RV could maybe use a deep cleaning and new rugs. Overall, nice stay for the money for sure!

Fun time watching horses
The bed was comfy. Easy check in. Clean except heat vents. The fireplace was lovely and warm. The steps are a bit difficult for my short old lady legs and non-ranch people be aware there are barn odors. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were easy to work with.

Folks with mobility issues should not stay at this property - there are stairs to enter the trailer. I think the propane ran out during our stay as the furnace and water would not heat. Property manger was very responsive but the issue was not resolved while we were there. It was cold in the trailer! Property manager was very accommodating when we messed up the dates of our stay.

The size and location of the RV worked very well for us. Rick was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. We were able to pet the horses daily and get to know their personalities. We would stay there again!
