Walls were thin we could hear the TV loud. Arguments and screaming in the hallways. Elevator was broken then they told us to use the door near the elevator as an entrance but the door near the elevator was broken as well. Hotel smelled strange.

Waiting for slow elevator is annoying. Barking and growling dogs in hallways and rooms. Breakfast could have had better service. Out of breads, eggs, butter bacon and coffee. Gave up on 3rd try coming down. 45 minutes to get a luggage cart coming in and leaving.

Checking went well but when I entered my first room, it had a terrible odor and I could not get the AC to work. I was quickly given a second room , but that one wasn’t clean. I found someone’s fake eyelashes in the bedside table. I thought at first it was an insect. The shower stall ceiling was peeling.

My husband and I came down for a four day weekend. The first night we were there we started smelling something in the hotel room. We found what the smell was, there was a dirty diaper under the bed. We did tell the front desk and nothing happened. The breakfast was overall good.

Wifi and phones where diwn or two days, tv kept turning off on its own i had to go down a report it to the front desk because the phones didnt work about the tv but no one came to look at it. I checked out early because it seemed like no cared about any of the issues going on in the hotel.
