"Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"I stayed for one. Ight. Super great location, less than 5 min from the Rrading Terminal Market, and close to other city sites. Eating options in the hotel and around the area are great. Bed a little too firm, but I got a good night’s rest anyway. I stayed in the section attached to the Convention Center and the room was much larger than the standard room. Shower head fantastic, but the whole experience, including good sleep, ruined by the fact that you had to shower in a tub full of water; the tub did not drain well."

"Upon arrival, I requested a room on the upper floors that was renovated; however, I was told that all the rooms are the same. I was placed in a room with carpeted that smell like urine. The bed frame was old with scratch marks and the furniture was outdated. In the bathroom, the soap dispensers were empty. For the most part it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. It was disappointing to see that on the day of checkout, the other rooms on the same floor were nicely renovated. I glanced over to look, as they were in the process of being clean. Overall, I will not recommend, unless you can guarantee a newly renovated room with no carpet."

"Poor air conditioning system/ iron board/ coffee machine: The AC was very noisy . Fortunately I have no sleeping problems so I didn’t make a complaint as I checked in just before 1am. However, I first discovered the iron boarding was damaged which was falling apart when I took it out from the wardrobe. I have to say thank you to the staff there who took me a replacement within 20 mins, which was grateful. Secondly, I discovered the coffee machine was not properly working and finally the staff took me a new one to replace in the morning after I reported it to the reception. From the 2nd night to the 4th night, the weather in Philly was very hot gradually. But the air conditioning system has been restricted not to be adjusted the temperature down but it could be up . The panel showed it’s always 68F when the local temperature was 90F which didn’t feel comfortable. Even finally, the staff gave me a useful fan for my survival but the room temperature was too high in a 4stars hotel by Marriot. It’s very disappointing."

"I booked 3 rooms in Expedia and the day of check was told by Hilton that my reservation was canceled and I needed to book again with them. So I booked 3 rooms with Hilton but I’ve been charged for the original booking multiple times. The front desk told me to wait and speak with the Manager between 10:30-11 am on check out day so I waited but the Manager never came out and the front desk staff would not go get them. I’m still trying to get this resolved with Hilton customer service, who also were not able to get through to the locations staff by phone. Very frustrating experience. I’ve had hundreds of dollars in extra charges."
