« The location was fantastic and communication with the host was very good. The garage is tiny and would not fit my mid sized suv so we had to park a few blocks away which was an inconvenience. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great stay. »

« The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

« I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental. »

« When we arrived, the building was inaccessible due to construction and road blockages. When we were finally able to get near the address, the building was open to the street with no need to used the locked door. We went upstairs to the apartments and discovered the the door had no deadbolt and did not always lock. When we messaged the property owner we got no response for hours, when we were finally admonished for not contacting them. When I pointed out that we DID contact them with no response...
