Loved the greeting, beautiful view. Bed confortable and place clean. The bathroom needs to be taken care of, not very well renovated, the bath toptop is loose and no silicone. Nothing to cook with, 1 knife inly, . I'm dissapointed because it used to be better taken care of. Anotherthing, there is NO Ice in the whole placesilic

Fantastic local hotel. Close to all amenities.

Pros - Great location with everything nearby. Suite was nice, clean and good size for 4 people. Showers were excellent and minimal noise for being downtown Toronto. Cons - Beds were double size beds which wasn’t good for two couples and they were incredibly uncomfortable. Pillows were also not very good. Also, one morning while we were sleeping a security and maintenance person unlocked the door and walked into the suite and woke the 4 of us up to change an air filter.

Convenient comfortable and in a good neighborhood for amenities. Helpful management not our first stay wont be our last!

Know what you’re getting. Yes, this is a condo and that is well spelled out. However, you need to walk two blocks to get the key out of a lockbox in a convenience store which is not communicated to you until 24 hours before check-in - and return it there - likely while hauling your bags. It is NOT two bedrooms - it is one bedroom with sliding cardboard dividers in what should be the dinning area. Also, according to the security, the building is about 30% short term rental so a lot of people are coming and going around check-in and check-out times, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more for the elevator (up or down) - yes, 15 minutes. The unit was not well stocked, it had coffee pods but not a coffee machine that accepted pods. The towels were a hodgepodge mix of old towels and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. But if you’re going to a blue jays game or the CN Tower, it’s very close
