"The location was central to everything and very convenient. Rooms and beds were comfortable. They also served free ice cream in the afternoons, which was a nice touch!"

"The room was very clean. The staff was kind. The wifi signal was low to moderate in the room, so sometimes we had to use the mobile's data, but that one too, unfortunately, had a very low signal. It is family friendly. We stayed during the high-heat period in Paris (exterbal temperature was 42-43 °C for the 3 out of 5 days of our stay), and the air-condition was not strong enough. It was working day and night for the full 5 days but it could not decrease the temperature lower than 24 °C in bedroom and lower than 25 °C in living room where the children were sleeping. The functioning of A/C was that intense that there were some water drops continuously falling from the ceiling in the room door area just outside the toilet; I notified reception, they said that they were going to look into it, but nothing changed (I assume that this was due to the intense working of A/C and that the staff or their technician could not fix it)."

"I stayed at four different hotels during my trip to France, and this was by far my favorite. The hotel has an excellent location, a beautiful design, and everything was spotlessly clean. It was also the only hotel that provided bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and even helped confirm the correct airport with our Uber driver to make sure we were headed to the right place. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. It was a truly heartwarming experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I booked this hotel for one night while visiting friends in Paris, partly for nostalgia, as I used to live near Le Marais. I ended up really enjoying my stay and wish I had stayed longer. The hotel is much larger than it appears from the outside, with a beautiful interior courtyard that feels like a little oasis in the middle of Paris. It was lovely to sit there, have a cocktail, and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Le Marais and easily explore the city. The check-in staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and spoke excellent English as well as French. My room was a little dated in style, but it was comfortable, spacious for a Paris hotel, well air-conditioned, easy to access, and had great water pressure. The on-site restaurant is nice, though the bar service seemed a bit overwhelmed at times during normal service. If you want a quick drink, the brasserie next door may be easier. That said, this was not a deal-breaker at all. Unfortunately, the hotel experienced a power outage when I returned from exploring the city, just as I was checking out. However, I want to specifically commend the staff and management. They handled a stressful situation with kindness and professionalism, brought out water during the heat wave, helped guests check in and out, and did their best to manage the disruption calmly. Overall, this is a wonderful property with great service, a fantastic location, and a memorable atmosphere"
