The room was very clean and met all our expectations. The location was very conveniently located near the metro and we were able to get everywhere we needed by transit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also so many amazing brunch, dinner, wine and coffee spots on the street that I was surprised by. A few I would recommend: double deux and Mara cafe for brunch, dirty lemon for cocktails, Loustic for wine and cheese plate, L’insolite for a French restaurant and Kott cafe for coffee.

We found the Hotel Fabric to be excellent overall. The staff was great, the room was well appointed and clean and the amenities were superb. Located close to multiple metro stops, cafes, restaurants, and more. Will stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Staff. Most were super nice. One got a bit snotty at us when we complained our room wasn’t cleaned by 1:30 after a very hot days outing that morning. They made up for it the next day though.

Everything was perfect! This is my second time staying at Hôtel Fabric and it won't be the last! The breakfast is delicious and fresh, the room service tasty, the rooms clean, and the bathtub SOOOOO deep. The location is excellent and the staff is great. What a treat of a hotel :)
