We loved this property. We had a very nice Apt - with a great kitchen. The apt was very well kept and nicely decorated - very minimal and clean. The A/C was working very well. The beds were comfortable and very nice linens. We would definitely book this property again. Great location- Pharmacie next door and a huge Monoprix across the street. Many restaurants and walking distance to everything. Staff very nice.

The room was spotless. There were fluffy white towels for each of us. The double balcony stunning. Fridge was large, dishwasher looked brand new. Fully stocked kitchenette with beautiful dishes. Staff was super friendly. Conveniently located across a grocery store. The beds were super comfortable. We each had our own closets and our own thermostat in each room. Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was really clean and the kitchen, bathroom, and furniture were modern and tasteful! Our unit had a small balcony which we really appreciated. The street can be noisy during the day but it was quiet at night. We brought ear plugs just in case but didn’t end up needing them. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed 2 nights during the heatwave in June. Having aircon was a life saver and also a lift was a bonus. The apartment had everything you needed and the staff were very helpful. You can also store your bags. I’d stay here again

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and was very impressed. Firstly, it is in a great neighbourhood with many things around (restaurants, shopping, metro stop). The hotel itself was absolutely perfect and is perfect for both a short and longer stay. The room was very modern and had a kitchenette with a large fridge (and freezer), dishwasher, stove, coffee maker and a table and chairs for a place to eat. As well as a beautiful small balcony you could step out onto for a lovely view. The shower had a rainfall head which was a nice touch. The AC worked amazingly on hot days and you could control the temperature to your liking. The hotel also has a place to do laundry and a small gym. The staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend and will be returning on my next trip to Paris!

Very clean, modern place with very comfy beds and pillows. Good location close to lots of restaurants. Only downsides were that the rooms and living area are very small and it’s on a pretty noisy street with cars and sirens though the windows blocked out most of the noise when closed.

Excellent place to stay in a superb location. We especially appreciated the free laundry facilities, as well as the general state of the property. My only complaints are the up-charge for a late checkout, and the fact that you are also up charged if you want the room cleaned while you are staying. The Little of charges on various things was disappointing. Other than that, this is a fantastic property in a great location and a staff was really really nice.

We have an excellent day studio apartment was sparkling, clean super well amenities and beautifully decorated. The staff was lovely and the luggage room for dropping off our bags was incredibly handy. My only complaint is the noise if you are on a street facing room, nothing a pair of earplugs won’t fix.

The location is great, metro stop opposite side of the street Bed was very comfortable Bathroom nice, the shower curtain was a bit pointless though, and shower do not drain very well and leaked out into the main apartment, which was annoying. Having a luggage store was great Kitchen functional The apartment had no hooks on any doors or any in the bathroom, so no where to hang towels Better instruction s with the ‘passport’, would be helpful, taking your own rubbish out at the end of the stay to a room down stairs was a pain, not the end of the world, but have used other apartments, and never had to do this. Some staff could be friendlier, smiling would be nice.
