Beach view is amazing, not to many places to each within walking distance. Overall experience was amazing.

Had to pay more than I was told when I booked the room. I would describe the room itself as basic, nothing special. Everything is overpriced. Ate at the restaurant Sea & Oats inside the resort. We did not receive the full menu, told my waiter about a food allergy with instructions to not bring me anything with that in it. Started to eat and realized something was wrong. My body started to break out and itch. Our waiter took our order and brought our drinks and literally never came back. We got our food, to go boxes and check from another waiter. Horrible experience!! The amenities I had to pay for I got almost ZERO use out of. The pool was crammed so couldn’t get any chairs until 4-5pm . The ocean was full of jellyfish (about every 2-3 steps you would see one). The specialty trucks weren’t open. They “ran” out of beach towels so we got none of those. The gym is in another hotel not on site. The “movies” they supposedly offered did not work. It took almost 30 mins to check in and they held 250 extra dollars on my card until I checked out. There was really nothing great about this place. I will NEVER waste my money on this place again when I can pay approx 50-100 less somewhere else. It is NOT WORTH the price. Oh and they charged me everyday to park my own car in a parking deck!!! HORRIBLE the very worst experience I have ever had in a resort!!!! The pool was incredible and the staff was great. That’s all the good I can say!

Yeah I’m saying it was not so good for the price. The checkin was slow and not very professional. Kinda bland and cold. The sink in our room wasn’t draining and it took three different attempts at the front desk to get it corrected. The body wash bottle in the shows was empty and when they brought a replacement bottle, they brought conditioner and didn’t even bother to replace it the shower, just sat it on the sink. They didnt clean the room or replace the linen without asking, we stayed 4 nights and was told at check-in they clean every other day, but when we asked them to clean the room they only made the bed, other than that you had to track down the cleaners to get fresh towels and to get the trash emptied.. And with the $25 a day for parking I don’t believe I’ll be returning. Although it was a great location with a great view, too many small things added up to an unpleasant experience.
