Castaway Cottage by Bailey Vacation Properties is located inside a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of PERDIDO KEY STATE PARK, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, dip in the HOT TUB, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, practice on our PUTTING GREEN and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! The house has been remodeled throughout and has all new furniture. PRIVATE HEATED POOL, Trex decking throughout, and lovely interior. For large groups, see VRBO #1470646 which is our property next door that sleeps 20\. We have three other houses in the neighborhood as well. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Easy location to restaurants and shopping. Pool was great along with the boardwalk/ dock that we pulled the boat up to. Very peaceful, safe setting. There were a few minor issues and the owners were fabulous in regards to resolving all of them. We would book with this home again! ##### Erika S. We took our family down to Perdido Key and stayed here for a week. The house was just as described, clean, and everything we wanted out of a 'vacation spot'! Being able to heat the pool was great being we were coming down late February / early March! Kids spent a lot of time swimming. Pickleball / tennis courts so close were a huge hit! We had everything we needed there, and didn't need to go anywhere! It was awesome, not a single complaint! Will definitely stay again if we make it down to that area. ##### Jason W. I can't thank Eric enough for providing us with an amazing vacation spot in Perdido Key, FL! From the soft, inviting beach sand to the well-stocked house, everything was top-notch. Our family had an absolute blast spending our days by the pool and beach, enjoying activities like kayaking and paddle boarding in the tranquil mornings, and engaging in spirited sand volleyball matches at night. The beach was also a short walk away and had beautiful white sand. I'd recommend to any family with young children. The home had many items a family with young children may need, such as plastic dishware, beds for the kids, and sand toys. The place also had a full size fridge near the pool for drinks with a huge ice machine that ensured our coolers and beverages stayed cold. The property manager we interacted with was also super helpful and friendly. As long as you're not looking for an ocean view, this is a great option! ##### Gabe S. We loved the private pool and the short walk to the beach was easy. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay that wasn't really the fault of the host. Our concierge, Lindsey, was quick to address the issue and was very responsive. At the end of the day, you don't want to have issues on vacation, but when you do, you hope for a quick response and fast resolution. The concierge is super responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, with a very short walk to a beautiful and empty beach. We also loved having access to the pickleball courts! Pros: Stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful location, clean pool, quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfy and house was clean. Cons: The top bunks were not fully made and one was a little sandy. Pillows and toilet paper were definitely not the best. Comforters were a little too lightweight for my liking but plenty of blankets to add some comfiness to your bed. Overall we absolutely loved it. Thanks so much for a great stay! ##### Jessica B.
