A 4 minute drive to pristine Johnson Beach and designed to host 4, comfortably, we invite you to getaway with us and enjoy the property and the proximity!

This local landmark is affectionately known as the Perdido A-frame. When we found the home in its previous condition, we knew it needed a little love to live up to its full glory! The nautical theme has been carefully curated to accentuate the eccentric features of our home, such as the Chicago brick floors, corkboard walls and wood plank ceilings.

Guests will have private access to the entire A frame with the exception of the storage shed in the backyard.

You will have the entire A frame to yourself, however we are always available in the local area is anything comes up.

Conveniently located on Innerarity Point, a safe residential neighborhood with great restaurants and close to the beach.

Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Great area to bicycle around. Recommend driving to the beach due to traffic.

Please note that this home features a custom spiral staircase. If you or a member of your group has issues with stairs, we recommend you check out one of our other properties.

Also the upstairs bathroom sink has a permanent stain in the porcelain.
