Our first guest described her stay as “Heaven on Earth”. Locals say we live in Paradise. Definitely a place to relax and live in the moment. Melanie and her crew did a great job choosing comfortable colors and finishes. No this is not a model unit. What you see is the condo your renting. The mattresses and linens are all new and comfy. The kitchen is outfitted with new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Everything you need to prepare a meal except the food. Or don’t cook at all given there are 10 good restaurants all within walking distance. I forgot to mention all new stainless appliances too. Kitchen pics will be coming soon. The beach is a 5 minute walk across Ft. Pickens Rd. Bring your favorite beach chair or rent one from the beach service. Your boat, kayak or paddle board are welcome too. The pool is larger than most with lots of lounges. Pickle ball several days a week. I know “no reviews” but look at comments for our other two units in the building #1233108 or 1727570\. Take a chance and book today. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room; bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect as well. Besides going to the beach and eating out, our favorite pastime was sitting on the balcony looking at that gorgeous view. The sunsets were amazing. ##### Carolyn T. This is a clean condo and the host responds very quickly with any questions you might have. The view of the bay is awesome and we used the balcony a lot to sit and relax. The building has a nice gym, laundry facility, and plenty of grass out front and in the back if you’re bringing a dog. The beds are comfortable and the condo is nicely furnished. Super clean. We needed a later checkout and he was very nice to accomodate us. Our flight was delayed by a full day! It is on the sound side, but woth a bery large balcony. The unit is in a clean, well-kept building with views on all sides. The condo was bright, comfortable and well-equipped for even a longer stay. Our dog was happy to meet other fur friends and take easy walks between visits to the dog beach. And the host, Ron, was responsive and easy to communicate with. The west side of Pensacola Beach had a chill vibe + Fort Pickens and Peg Leg Pete's. Worth the stay! ##### Lisa S.
