Get to Know the Area The Sabine Pensacola Beach condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches. This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, public access across and down the street (beach cart and chairs provided), making it the perfect place to stay. This unit is conveniently located near the free Pensacola Beach Trolley stop. Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. That said, although you will have a coffee maker, filters and coffee cups, your favorite coffee blend will likely not be found in the cabinet. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. You need to know: Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00 You need to know: Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement. Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Important Information: Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
