"We booked it because of the location. My guys love to fish and this was lakeshore and I can see them from the window if I wanted to. Karen and Clint were the most present owners I’ve ever experienced. There to make sure we were welcomed, addressed with persistence any issues we had (tv got fixed) or that others had near the property, some people might be put off but we were delighted. Had great tips on who to chat up in town on the best fishing spots (not everyone likes to give that away) and where to eat, all the locals were friendly, we even went to Easter mass in town. Guys got lucky and caught a couple of fishes, so in addition to all else mentioned, this sealed the deal and we’ll probably be back. "

The rental agreement notice I received gave me misinformation with providing me with code to boat launch gate and boat slip . I couldn’t launch my boat as promised by the cabin rental agreement. I won’t recommend the SpecialLake AlmanorBoat RampPetsCozyLakeside to anybody because of the false advertising."
