"While older, the bedding and towels were great. Only issue was wifi would drop constantly...which is a fairly big issue these days."

"Really great stay! It was the perfect balance of amenities, comfortable, and slightly more posh for the area. I didn't want to be too secluded in the resort area further south, but also wanted something quieter than towards the north. it's about 5-10 minute walk to the cove for surfing, 25 minute walk to the boat ramp (where many snorkeling tours take off). Convenient beach access and many beach parks, lovely areas to sit and watch the water. From the moment I met with the front desk, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was put into the Kai building overlooking the pool. Great view of the mountains (and the sun shown over the pool area by 8/8:30am for anyone wanting to maximize their tanning time). With the cafe and Miso Phat Sushi right off the parking area, and the pool side restaurant, it was very convenient if you didn't want to go out for meals. Some notables features in no particular order : 2 pools (one salt water, for if you want the ocean without the sand), not tub, pool towels, bicycle rental (free), beach chair rental (fee), water stations/ice on every floor, you can request a water kettle, room had a fridge as well as a microwave."

"Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas is an exceptional beautiful property with a great room layout and upscale furnishings that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special. The staff was very helpful with expedient chech-in/check-out, detailed information about property layout, services, and other amenities available. HBVC has pride in their property as the grounds themselves are beautifully maintained with the several pools, waterfalls and an adequate gym. Plus, the property is walking distance from the beach."

"The most beautiful resort in Wailea! The rooms and resort were upscale and luxurious. It had a feeling of serenity compared to the other properties we walked through along the beach. We paid for the breakfast at time of booking which was a lower price in the package. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. I would definitely return to the Andaz."
