The girl who cleaned the room was excellent, no complaints there. Reception staff were not very amenable, not rude but not friendly either. This hotel caters mainly for single men and not couples. There were cocktails on the menu but they didn’t have any!! Plenty of beer for the male clientele. Hotel very tired but even that would not make me go back. Far too noisy, all day and all night, very difficult to sleep.

Room needs repair, does not match photos
The room does not match the photos. On all the walls are traces of something. I smoke, but even for me, the old smell of smoking in the room was terrible. Not all lamps were working. The pool is nice. But since it is common to four corps, not enough sunbeds.

Good value place to stay in central Pattaya.

OK Hotel close to the nightlife!!!
Check-in time was a little better than average. Staff just had very basic ability to speak English. I was put in the old section of the hotel of three sections. Room was OK and clean. Bed mattress was comfortable. Stayed 2 1/2 weeks and no bugs or crawly things seen except for a couple mosquitoes. Internet did not work as I was in an end room so the staff plugged in a router for me right outside the door. Then rock solid internet. Room was not fancy and out dated but I kinda like staying in places like that. Had street noise for light sleepers but that's everywhere near the crowded night hotspots. Only a 5 minute walk to the bars and Go Go's of LK Metro. About 10-15 mins to the beech. 7-11 is 3 minutes away for snacks. On a tuk tuk route so for 10-20 Baht you can get to/connect about anywhere in Pattaya. Many decent laundries nearby. Lots of food choices too. One of the best currency exchange booths right across the street. Overall my stay was OK and I never thought of leaving however there were two things that would improve my rating. The first is that there is no safe in the room and one must cart valuables to the front office lock boxes. The second is the security guard is tasked with putting toilet paper and each days free water (2 bottles) in the room and not the housemaids. Twice during my stay he came pounding on my door late morning and before I even had a chance to answer began trying to open the door and push his way in but the bolt was thrown!

Great location
The hotel and room were fine for the money considering it was only cheap. The location was great and the room was large and airy. Only down side was the lack of hot water and the free internet was hopeless.

從大堂不能直到房，坐電梯，行經小行，經花園(以美化的稱)再轉另一小花園(不平的地)再要自行步上多一層樓。拿住兩個行理上上轉轉，真不好受。

Sijainti loistava, kaikki LK-metron palvelut lähellä. No hotellihan on vanha, mutta siisteys oli ihan ok. Huoneeni sijaitsi soi lenkeenin suuntaan, niin tottahan ääntä kuuluu... Eipä tuo haitannut erityisemmin.

安くロケーション良くプールー有り

Shopping, nattklubb, nöjen och restauranger.
Sutus Court har fem olika byggnader med olika standard och priser. Bra ställe med nära till allt som tex shopping, nattklubbar, restauranger mm. Har pool och jacuzzi, men ska man till en strand, så får man åka ut med färja eller speedboat till tex ön koh Lan. Det finns massor av aktiviteter att göra utflykter till för både stora och små. Skulle inte rekommendera en barnfamilj att åka till Centrala Pattaya, då det inte finns någon strand att sola, bada och leka vid.

Zentrales Hotel mit Pool für geringe Ansprüche
Zentrale Lage mit einem größeren Pool (Wasser sauber, Poolbereich selbst, sprich Liegen/Auflagen sehr veraltet) und einem kleineren separat gelegenen Whirlpool. Großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Badezimmer müsste dringend mal saniert werden. Auch die Sauberkeit selbst lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Das Hotelpersonal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Wer nur in einfaches Zimmer in zentraler Lage sucht und keine all zu hohen Ansprüche hat ist hier richtig. Ich selbst habe es nur auf Grund der Lage und des Pools gebucht. WLAN teilweise etwas schwach. Einzelne Safes an der Rezeption erhältlich.

ホテルには、プール、ジャクジー、WiFiが完備され、食事、マッサージ、買物、ナイトライフなどなど、ほとんど徒歩圏内で事足ります。ホテル前にはソンテウが走っているので、ウォーキングストリートまで、10バーツで行けます。セーフティボックスは、部屋にはなくフロントデスクの裏に鍵付きのボックスがあります。

気楽に宿泊できるホテル
Soiブァカオの繁華街から近くて便利。時間前に気持ちよくチェックインさせて頂きました。３階の角部屋に通され明るくて広く居心地は良かった。ベランダからは隣のホテルのプールビュー。当ホテルの２つあるプールは気持ち良く毎日利用しました。フロントスタッフの愛想は良くないが不便も感じなかった。アメニティはバスタオルと石鹸のみ。年配の西洋人が多く静かで良い。言語は英語、タイ語。エレベータが無く安いなりのホテルですが、古いホテルで構わない人には薦めます。

hadde et helt greit opphold, litt uheldig med plassering av rom, enderom ut mot soi lengkee med mye vinduer, så litt støy i rushtiden... rengjøring og påfyll av flaskevann hver dag :) hadde endel små maur som biter på balkong, men kjøpte en boks med spray på 7/11 så ble fri maurene :)

Wer ein Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und Duschen sucht im Sutus 1 und 2 geht in Ordnung. Aber ab 3 bis 5 wirds schon krass. Pool OK aber Poolliegen und Stühle sind eine katastrophe.

フロントを通らずに出入りが出来、過ごしやすいプール＆ジャグジーがあり、コスパ良いホテルです。ホテルタクシーの値段はスワンナ1300バーツ、ドンムアン1700バーツでした。

値段相応。古さは否めない。プール、ジャグジーもあるので そういうのを利用したい人は便利。次回も利用予定 何度か利用しているが、今回は道路に面した側の部屋だったので 付近のビアバーの騒音が朝方まで続いた。

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch befriedigend bis gut. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Umgebung ist gut. Dennoch wäre eine Renovierung von Nöten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Swimming pool sowie ein Jaccuzi stehen zur Verfügung. Auch das Restaurant ist gut, doch im Vergleich zu angrenzenden Restauants etwas teuer. Die Safety Boxen hinter der Rezeption sind etwas altmodisch mit 2 Schlüsseln, doch Videoüberwacht und über Nacht nicht zugänglich. Es gibt 5 verschiedene Häuser mit 5 verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien für jeden Geldbeutel, wobei das günstigste Zimmer nur für kurze Verweildauer zu empfehlen ist.

Preis /Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen ok. Für 18 Euro die Nacht mehr als angemessen. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend gross. Pool und whirlpool ok. Leider fehlt der Safe im Zimmer. Lage perfekt. Betten durchaus ok, hab gut geschlafen. Absolute Ruhe trotz der Lage. WLAN hat super funktioniert im Zimmer. Wenn man kein Luxushotel erwartet ist es für diesen Preis sehr zu empfehlen
