Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### Not happy

This hotel has no elevator, I was put on the 4th floor, it was hard to go up the stairs, I requested to give me a room on 1st floor as I’m a heart patient was they never tried to help, they don’t advertise that the hotel has no lift which is wrong…
