"Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, beautiful nature. "
"We really enjoyed our stay. The property is old and could use some updating, but it was clean and well cared for. The staff was accommodating - they even brought us complimentary champagne after noticing during check in that it was my husbands birthday.
The onsite parking is free and convenient if you have a car.
The surrounding area is quiet, and only a short walk to downtown Albufeira.
The extra money for the beach front room was well worth it. We had the best view from our balcony and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. "

"We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and efficient, spacious clean rooms and communal areas, and a convenient location for nearby towns. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was varied, fresh, and really enjoyable. The pool did get a lot busier our last few days as the weekend and school holidays started. Last 2 days there were too many inflatables and ball games in the south pool, which had been quiet. But everything else was really great. "

"My 15 year old daughter and I had a mini break together and NAU Sao Rafael Atlantico was the perfect location. The room was spacious with stunning views of the garden and although our room was located near the pools, it was really quiet and we weren't disturbed by any noticeable noise. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and made sure our every need was catered for. The gardens and pool area were immaculate and the boardwalk down to the beach was stunning. Plenty of dining options - we opted to have the buffet style dinner and the variety was fabulous and delicious. Definitely the place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing break. We didn't use the spa facilities but we were offered discounted rates while we were there. Will absolutely return. "

"The staff both at reception and the bar/restaurant are exceptional. They cannot be faulted for their attitude, nothing was an issue, they went out of their way to make our overnight stay comfortable. The room is modern and minimalist but comfortable. With an underground carpark at 18 euros per night, the hotel is close enough to the airport to use taxi’s."
