"Excellent, clean comfortable, friendly helpful staff"

"Booked deluxe 148 sq m, 4 star room, received 2 star 49 sq mtr room. No cupboard for clothes, no fridge for medications, no bathtub for muscle soak. No full bar, only beer and soda. After overnight flight checked in early and went to sleep, awoke to fire alarm. Dressed and descended before told was a drill. Next day exact same scenario, except not a drill. Told by mngt ok and to.return to room. 150 db noise, made me physically sick due to my underlying traumatic brain injury. Manager refused to take notice of claim of injury, violating Irish law. Manager refused to help me move to one of their other hotels as I could not risk any more traumas. Manager refused to reimburse me the three prepaid days, when I checked out 3 days early. Maldron committed fraud by providing me with product and location that was so inferior to what I prepaid for, 4 weeks ago, before they opened 3 weeks ago. The second fire alarm on the second day was so bad that I was sick the remaining 3 days of my visit as well as today, on my long transatlantic return home."

"Pretty good overall. Slightly odd as it feels very much like a hotel but with a fridge and a microwave, a tiny hob and dishwasher. If you were to cook there would be nowhere sensible to eat it as v small room Great location for exploring Dublin, just don’t expect an apartment. It’s a hotel"

"Es una propiedad con un concepto antiguo acogedor, bonita decoración de época, tanto en el restaurante como el lobby,las habitaciones son simples con lo básico pero limpias , mantienen La limpieza . MeGustó el concepto, está próximo a una parada del Turibus, totalmente céntrico. Aunque al arrededor hay un ambiente propio de Dublín ( muchos drogadictos) hay mucha seguridad hay muchos policías alrededor, si te gusta caminar puedes llegar a todas las atracciones turísticas de Dublín caminando. Lo volvería a utilizar 👍"

"We appreciated the location of this hotel - walking distance to pubs and activities but not in a noisy area. The washer/ dryer came in handy - it took a long time, so plan accordingly. We also liked the divided space in the unit. it was a little hot in the room, but we were able to get a fan so that helped a bit"
