Our recent stay at Lenox Hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old and lacks modern facilities. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and suffocating. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and for the price, we expected much better maintenance and facilities. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.

This is a unique property - the atmosphere in the lobby and throughout the hallways was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very dated and could use a facelift, but it was fine for what we needed.

"Hotel is basic but clean. Rooms are ok. We stayed in a double queen rated for five people but we're denied a cot, so false advertising. The bathroom was ok. Had a sliding barn door which had gaps all the way around it which was less than private. Overall a decent hotel for the price and location"
