Very clean . Staff very nice. Nice quiet place

Reasonable price. Rooms need a little more care in cleaning. Doors were very dusty and corners of the rooms had not been cleaned in quite some time.Blankets need to be replaced had holes in them. Staff are very good. Breakfast was ok. Was all i needed. Parking was very good.

The hotel is nice but needs more care and better cleaning. It's a bit neglected.

We recently stayed at the Fredericton Inn for four nights while I cared for my five-year-old grandson as his mom and dad were in the hospital welcoming their new baby. The location was excellent—less than a five-minute drive from the hospital, which made things very convenient. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, and our room was clean and appeared to be one of the more recently refurbished rooms. Unfortunately, there were stains on my bedding. I asked that it be changed when housekeeping came two days later, but it wasn’t. I noticed the same stains when packing to leave, which was disappointing. We had breakfast two mornings. It was basic but good and reasonably priced for a hotel. The biggest issue was the condition of the hotel overall. The common areas are very rundown, with stained carpets and exposed wall heaters that I found concerning, especially with children around. The pool was particularly disappointing. My grandson really wanted to swim, so I took him in for about 45 minutes. The rinse shower had hair all over it, the bottom of the pool appeared brown and dirty, and the carpet around the pool was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I was very uncomfortable with the condition of the area, especially with a young child. Overall, the location, friendly staff and room were positives, but the hotel is in serious need of updating, maintenance and much better attention to cleanliness—especially in the pool area.
