Enjoy a lavish retreat at the Lift -- a new development at the base of Park City Mountain's Canyons Village, offering incredible amenities like a unique pool deck, fitness center, and clubroom. Your exclusive unit also showcases a private spacious balcony with sweeping slope views. Plus, you can go to the Ski Butlers/ski concierge right in the ski room of the building where they can do fittings/storage on site. They have racks, boot warmers, etc.

In a prime locale, your exceptional condo is within steps of the high-speed Sunrise chairlift, excellent dining, and fantastic boutiques.

LIVING AREA

The spacious open floor plan exudes impeccable style with European white oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gas fireplace wall with custom millwork. Remarkable new artwork throughout adds to the allure.

Two more bedrooms each provide a king bed and an en-suite bath -- one with a tub/shower combination, and one with a walk-in shower.

A fifth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

A half bath adds convenience.

This was a great home for family ski trip.
The house saved a tough snow ski weekend. The resort closed the lift right by the house the week we got to the house! There was plenty of snow, just got mushy! Bottom line, the house is awesome!

We stayed at the canyons Village Lift property and had a spectacular family Ski vacation.! The snow was awesome and our condo home was truly ski in ski out. The process of renting this property was smooth and easy. The condo home was well equipped and had spectacular views.

Beautiful penthouse
Penthouse was amazing and just a short walk to ski lift (lift beside condo not operational but you can ski right down to unit). Canyons village was right there with several dining options and fire pits. Teens really enjoyed the heated pool and spa! and we were able to store our skis/boots at the Lift building where penthouse was located through the Ski Butlers (can also rent from them if needed). Recommend management company provide more info on ski storage we called and messaged several times and no one knew we could store right at building until we got there! Front desk also super helpful for storing bags since we got in early before check-in. We were missing bath towels for everyone in our group and management company brought some over quickly after we called. The penthouse was amazing and we would definitely stay there again! Great time skiing in a gorgeous setting!

Great property, horrible management company
Turnkey management company is doing this property a disservice. This is a great condo but the management company needs to do some maintenance to get the premium price this place commands. First and foremost, the cleaning service was still cleaning at the 4pm check in time. She continued to clean for another hour while we unpacked and settled in. That’s a management mistake. Second, there are several things in the condo that need repair or adjustments. The ice maker at the bar isn’t working, looks like it leaked and damaged the cabinetry so instead of fixing it, they turned it off. The water takes around 5-10 min to heat up. Very long wait for warm, not very hot water. A few of the shower heads spray out the top leaving less water spraying through the shower head. One of the shower doors in a master suite doesn’t close properly. A ceiling door over one of the bedroom’s bathtub was open, leaving a opening for cold air to flow into the bathroom. The list could go on, but you get the point. I would suggest the owners get a new management company for this beautiful place with an excellent location.

Gorgeous place, great location
We were so happy with this beautiful place. Everything we needed was on site. And the location and ease of getting on the mountain was amazing. But just a heads up, the neighbors are not keen on any noise! I have 2 boys, ages 6 and 8, and they were excited to see snow for the first time in a year - immediately upon them being on the balcony we got hit with a noise complaint. It wasn’t like they were yelling and screaming but it was 8pm so we asked them to come inside. Still, we received another noise complaint. I think we were respectful, but of course 8 adults and 2 children can garner a certain noise level - the next night we were hit with another noise complaint while playing board games. Turnkey was amazing and helpful, but of course they had to pas along the complaints. Not docking the listing any stars because I can’t fault them for having particular neighbors, but unfortunately, we won’t be back. I do highly recommend this gorgeous penthouse and I appreciate the fantastic and accommodating management!
