Angenehmeres und schnelles Ein- und Auschecken. Bequemes großes Bett, ansprechendes helles Zimmer, für Paris geradezu luxuriöses Bad zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, weil es verhältnismäßig nah zum Bahnhof Montparnasse liegt. Der Nachteil: Man kommt nicht ohne Metro-Umstieg in die Stadt, und der Umstieg am Metro-Bahnhof Montparnasse dauert lange und man läuft weit. Das war lästig. Die Gegend ist okay, aber das hatte ich in Paris schon schöner. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, und der auf den Fotos hübsch aussehende Außenbereich des Frühstücksraums war ein eher kleiner Innenhof, der morgens weder gereinigt noch eingedeckt war.

Bom custo beneficio. O hotel é bem localizado, a estação de metrô fica menos de uma quadra do hotel. O bairro é bem seguro. A torre sei fel fica a 20 minutos de caminhada. O quarto é bem pequeno… eu voltaria novamente.

Precio muy económico para ser todo nuevísimo

Perfecta elección, por el precio que nos ha salido, para tres personas en una habitación muy grande 190€ la noche sin desayuno, excelente. Hay paradas de metro cerca, parece una zona residencial porque hay muchos comercios y supermercados. Las camas muy cómodas, la temperatura perfecta, el baño nuevo totalmente. Hay un microondas donde puedes calentar y pequeña zona de office para sentarse delante de la recepción y fuera.

The location is excellent, easy access to restaurants and public transport. Very friendly staff. The A/c was not working properly, was making noise in the middle of the night ( automatic turns ON/OFF) Breakfast was underwhelming with very limited options and average quality. So the hotel was well located and clean and all the “normal stuff” they let us check in early which was nice BUT we got a courtyard room which was lovely but ended up being very noisy in the morning. Also the curtains were sheer so people in the yard could see right though your room. Something to keep in mind. Otherwise everything was good

We paid for the hotel room with confirmed air conditioning unit but hotel property refused to activate it giving energy saving reason and it was very hot during month of May in the room. We did not have a comfortable stay. Also the quad room building doesn’t have elevator/lift so we had to carry our own luggage. Will never book this place again.
