    This spacious 90m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful Haussmann building, accessible by lift.

    Designed and decorated by the architects of The Lander, each space reflects the elegance and refinement characteristic of the Parisian style. Attention to detail is everywhere, with each design element carefully chosen to awaken the senses and create a warm and welcoming ambience.



    The apartment has three sumptuous queen-size bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom (with 3 toilets of which 2 are separated), all beds have hotel quality and a maximum comfort.



    The living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and the dining room offer an ideal space to relax, discuss or work. The open kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to live the Parisian culinary experience according to your desires.



    The apartment also has a washing machine / dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and provides us with linens, towels, as well as high quality welcome products. We offer a daily cleaning service to guarantee you a refined atmosphere throughout your stay. Each room is air-conditioned.

The Landers! This was my first stay at a Landers property and I have to say it was wonderful. My husband and two adult children stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom property and it was perfect. The apartment was exactly as pictured and was in a very convenient location. These are a few highlights:1. Check in instructions were very clear and went very smoothly2. The communication with the property was impeccable, I asked a few questions about daily cleaning and times and always got a quick response.3. The apartment was located on a busy street, but the apartment had great soundproofing and it was quiet and peaceful inside.4. Arrived in Paris early and I did not pay for early check in, however, the link to luggage storage that we used was extremely convenient and it was literally around the corner from the apartment.We loved our stay and I highly recommend staying at one of the Lander properties.
