Great location
Wonderful location and excellent overall space. Nice to have 3 bedrooms for our family of 5. Just a block from the Champs Elysees and maybe a 5-6 minute walk from the Arc de Triumphe. Beds comfortable, house was clean. Of note that elevator is small/narrow if you have anyone in with accesibility issues...and the only downside to being in the middle of everything is some street noise at night. Overall- a really comfortable stay.

Unloading zone below your bedroom window.
This place would be the perfect location to stay.
If you were not right above an unloading zone for a galleria mall and a grocery store. The trucks pull up way before day light 5am or earlier. The trucks line up to unload. They throw wood pallets on the ground in the truck and the beeping and honking. It goes on for hours and then at 8am the construction noise starts. Think jack hammer noise so there is no trying to go back to sleep. It ruined my trip. This is not normal city noise. I have lived in Houston Texas and Atlanta, GA.

Central but noisy
The apartment is centrally located just off the Blvd Champs-Elysées and very close to the metro. It is spacious and has air conditioning which is a must in the summer. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are clean. However, it is very loud at night. There is constant noise between people playing music at 4am, noisy Burger King customers below and the endless rattling of goods being unloaded onto dollies at the supermarket across the street. The apartment is also starting to need some attention to paint and bathrooms. In sum, if you’re a heavy sleeper, this place could work. Otherwise, you may want to try a quieter arrondissement.

Boetie Flat
The location was great being close to the Champs Elyssee and the Roosevelt train station, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. Our only negatives was the the street noise was loud well into the middle of the night, and their is only one toilet between the two showers.
