The Space:

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this studio overlooking the courtyard, designed to accommodate up to two guests. Whether with friends or for a business trip, it offers a calm and pleasant setting — completely renovated and ideally located in Paris.



The studio includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, storage space, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• A bathroom: it includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

The apartment also includes convenient laundry facilities — iron and ironing board — for a light and carefree stay.

• A dining area: dining table & chairs

Family-Friendly Services

For the Little Ones: If you’re traveling with children, let us know in advance if you need a cot or high chair. These are subject to availability with a 72-hour notice. Please note, however, that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 9:00pm. A 20€ fee is applicable for late check-ins until midnight. Access will be granted after 9:30am the next day for check-ins after midnight.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

Security Deposit: A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, assuming no damages are reported.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Noise Control: Respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors to avoid any deductions from your deposit.

Building Notice: We are not responsible for any construction activities within the building.



Internet Access

Responsible Usage: Please enjoy our internet service responsibly, avoiding any unauthorized activities. Note that we are not liable for any connection issues.



Age Policy

Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under this age must be accompanied by an adult who meets the requirement. Failure to comply will result in the guest being denied stay, with no refund.



We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.
