Historic room was very cozy. Excellent location to walk to many sites (Louvre, Champs Elysee) Room dividers worked well with comfortable beds. We appreciated the washing machine. Glass floor is a bit cold in winter.

Centrally located, tucked away in a quiet courtyard. Love the charm of the floors. Very clean bed, towels and kitchen area. Nice to have washer for our stay especially with kids. Bathroom was pretty tiny with no ventilation, but excellent water pressure. Property owner was very kind, helpful and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend!

Great location, but not clean

The apartment was in a beautiful, accessible location. Walking distance to the Louvre and many other local attractions. Unfortunately the bathroom, especially the shower was moldy all over and there was dust all over. The sofa bed was dusty and unkept.

Great Location!

We were there in September, the hottest month they ever had in Paris The apartment had no Air conditioning or fans. It only had 2 windows up high so we left them opened. We got some air but not enough to be comfortable. The location was the best part!

Great location

Awesome flat, right in the heart of Paris! Our family of five stayed at Barbara's place for 3 nights. Location was excellent - on Rue St. Honoré - a main shopping road with lots of glitzy high end stores. Apartment was set back from street through a secure gated courtyard and around a corner. There was absolutely no street noise at the apartment. Although the courtyard is shared between several store fronts / apartments, it was practically deserted our entire time there. We basically had it to ourselves and often left the front door of the apartment wide open when we were there. We walked to Louvre, Champs-Elysees, and could have easily walked to Notre Dame as well. Near tons of eateries and several metro stations are very close, accessing different lines. Barbara was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. She even let us have a later checkout to store our bags as no one was coming in right after us. Very accommodating.

The location is wonderfully central to so many things. The space was perfect for our family of four, and having two teenagers, it was nice to be able to partition off the different sleeping areas. It was already quite warm in Paris at the end of Spring/start of summer, so it was great to have the portable air conditioner in use in the apartment. One challenge we had was our early arrival. We were hopeful to be able to check-in early, but understood that the apartment wasn't ready yet. It is offered to leave your luggage at their store around the corner from the apartment, but the luggage storage is up a tight, small flight of stairs. This was not a viable option for us with 4 large, heavy suitcases. So, we had to carry around our luggage in the area for a couple of hours, and grabbed some lunch, before the apartment was ready. Be prepared for that if you have an early arrival into CDG/Paris. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, we did a lot in just 3 short days, and this apartment was the perfect place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. Last, but not least, the building itself is a wonderful taste of history! The address itself is steeped in deep Parisian history. It sits on the historic grounds of the former Couvent des Feuillants (a 16th-century monastery), and sections of the convent's original courtyard and church remain preserved on the property.

Really cool, unique place to stay. I couldn’t help but think 4 young friends would love it. It’s in a historical building & was a really fun experience. It was very clean & had what you need. Close to many shops, cafes, & The Louvre.

Wonderful central location

If you enjoy all of Paris then this is the perfect location. Food, museums, and shopping all within steps. Barbara is the property manager and she is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Well-located, convenient...perfect!!

We so enjoyed our stay!! Walking to the Louvre, the Jardin de Tuileries, Musee d’Orsay, L’Orangerie...surrounded by fabulous shopping opportunities and more restaurants than we could try...the location was perfect. The property itself was also perfect for us. Clean and complete with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would stay here again and again when returning to Paris.
