The room is extremely clean and being on the first floor is wonderful. Things to consider - There is a daycare across the street and children literally screaming having a great time during most of the day. All of which is easily heard in the room along with current construction as of May 2024. The bathroom lighting is horrific for makeup application. The room gets hot quickly/no air conditioning.
