You get what you pay for. Very cheap place to stay close to Eiffel Tower. I had a 23 hours stop in Paris during my flight back home. Instead sleeping in one of the airport hotels decided to take a RER, Metro and stay in the city centre. Hotel gives a cheap Motel vibes but location is great, bunch of restaurants around, 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Would not stay longer than 2 nights and if you are coming to Paris with girlfriend then , no don’t book it. Too cheap lol

For the low price an excellent location very close to Eiffel Tower walking in 15 min. Close to many restaurants and amazing bakeries. Very cozy small and compact room yet very clean and nice small hot shower. Perfect for short term stays

It's situated at prime location with many restaurants nearby and of course Eiffel tower just 15 min by walk. The room is relatively small but not much to complaint there as we were utilizing it only for sleep. Overall a decent hotel for it's closeness to Eiffel tower

Hidden jem close to eiffel tower

Lovely hotel. Great area.. its not luxury, but its clean comfortable with a great shower. No english tv starions, but youre not there to watch tv in your room!

Okay-ish.

The hotel was okay! Good location-wise, we went for New Year's and were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and back with ease. It's clean, and okay if you're older. My Gen Z self did not appreciate the fact that the T.V was tiny, and had no Netflix. Definitely did not feel like spending time in the room itself, but all the more incentive to stay outdoors!

The hotel is in a great location, about 5 minutes walk from Dupleix station. The Reception staff are friendly and they kindly printed some tickets out for me. We had a twin room, which was fine but the walls are very thin. You could hear people talking, using the hairdryer, bathroom. Luckily, our neighbours weren’t particularly noisy.

Pros: 1) Location. 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. 2) Price: Great price for this location. 3) Room: Clean and NO bedbugs. Cons: 1) Management not believing me: Bathroom only had one towel when we arrived. I went to the desk to complain and was told there should be 4 towels, I agreed but said there was only one. Manager reluctantly retrieved one bath towel for the two of us. (Note: After room was made up the next day, there were 5 towels; 2 hand, 2 bath, and one in the bathtub meant for the floor).

Our stay was HORRIBLE! Stay away from this place. We arrived the first night and everything was ok. The room very small, the bathroom uncomfortable but the location to de train Station Dupleix was nice. Of our 5 night stay, 4 of the nights we slept with NO AIR CONDITIONER and NO ventilation. We told the hotel staff multiples times, we went down to front desk and they came and told us the air conditioner in this room was not functioning that they needed to call someone to fix it. On night #4 they send us a fan because it was really suffocating. We tried to get at LEAST a price adjustment because it was not fair the price we paid compared to others in the rooms that did have the amenetie of air. But the hotel said no. Sou no compensation and no changing room, the did not care at all. WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN. There were also cockroaches in the bed.

Only ONE bed in an TWIN room. Advert clearly stated Comfort Double or Twin Room. 1 Double Bed OR 2 Single Beds. Free cots/infant beds. Hotel stated it is Expedias advert not their advert so not their problem. Hotel couldn’t be more unhelpful, especially as I was standing at reception with an 11 year old child. I explained I had messaged the hotel via Expedia well in advance to ensure two beds were in the room. Hotel said they had no record of this, and even if they had there were no rooms with twin beds available. Highly doubtful, but not much I could do. We were only there for a day so it was manageable, but you expect a bit more consideration from a hotel. Otherwise a decent hotel for the price. In terms of location to shops, good cafes, Metro stations and Eiffel Tower, great.

In all honesty I cannot recommend this property. I believe we were given the wirst room as we had been caught in the rain earlier. Also the front desk rolled his eyes and said Expedia like that was low class. Our room was ground floor and the window was blocked with wooden slats. Im sure that was fir security but it also meant we eard everyone who walked by. The king bed was 2 singles made up separately. The shower drain was partially plugged so eventuall the water drained out onto thebath room floor. Ceiling tile was loose and hanging down. The sink tap was loose. Location was good. But this room was terrible. Way over prived.
