check in details were not sent to us by 4:00pm we had to call numerous times well after 4:00pm to gain access. Another family had the same issue. The room itself was nice and spacious for our family. Beds were clean. Excellent location for exploring. Quiet and quaint. Would return next time we visit Quebec

Great hotel!! Me and my friends stayed here and they made sure to give us 2 rooms next to eachother. It’s very close walking distance to old quebec and is surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants. The staff made it very easy for us to check in and out. Definitely recommend!!!!

Il n'y a pas de balcon comme sur la photo, c'est un balcon commun pour entrer dans les appartements. escalier extérieur assez apic et mal déneigé. Odeur de cannabis intermittente. Logement correct et propre.
