Generally very clean (especially rooms), only part that was not very clean was the veranda outside (but i get it since its outdoors) and some of the outdoor furniture (for eg 2 out of 4 sunbeds on the veranda were filthy), indoor common areas were also clean again, apart from some outdoor common areas (eg corridor to the room or steps to get to the room, elevator etc that needed a bit of maintenance and cleaning). Breakfast was good however, guests need to be mindful that its very different to a traditional hotel breakfast as the food options are culturally specific (eg vegeterian, vegan, kosher) and guests not used to such choices may find it hard to find a lot to eat. They have eggs, cereal, bread, yoghurts (nuts etc) and some cheeses as the basics but apart from this the rest is very specific. Kids not used to such food or picky eaters may find it particularly hard to find something to eat. Staff very friendly and very helpful with everything and anything that may come up during the stay. Good pool facilities, i especially appreciated the covered kids pools and the upper pool that is a bit quieter if the kids are older. Many going on for kids entertainment wise, they also have bouncing castles and a kids club along with a basketball court and football etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

A great stay after the initial disappointment of being allocated the wrong type of room. The adults only side of the hotel is excellent, we loved the quiet areas on the lawn, the pool and adults its bar are a real plus. We spent a little time in the main pool, the bar at that side is very tired and the wine selection poor. The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and the food is good.

I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site. Our rooms were on the 4th floor overlooking the road but still a great view of the mountains - they were simple clean rooms but stark and had none of the soft furnishings displayed in the photos and no wall art. Our toilet was squeezed in behind a structural pillar which made it a real challenge to go to the loo! The AC was a pain, despite it working well it kept switching off and on again all night. As there are all-inclusive options the quality of the food is average and there is the usual sunbed nonsense, with numpties putting their towels down around 7am...although the pool on the lower level always had availabilty. The reception staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Vlad in particular. All in all it was...OK. The sunset is fabulous and the nearby beaches / coves are a delight but the hotel just seemed too overcrowded and a bit too 'meh' for our liking. Shame.
