Modern 3 bed 2 bath villa in Latchi with new mosaic private heated swimming pool

"This is a fantastic villa, just right for 6 adults, with lovely furnishings and great mosaics. The outdoor space is amazing - we loved the pool (large and deep), the jacuzzi and the rooftop terrace were great fun. Lots of sun and shade in the garden all day, great spaces to eat and chill outdoors. Only 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the harbour restaurants, the location of the villa in a quiet residential cul-de-sac was perfect."

"Excellent villa and great location, just a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Latchi harbour and an abundance of places to eat. Polis is a 5 minute drive away with bars and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great and air con units in the bedrooms work well and are a must. Pool area lovely, with plenty of space around it and well kept. Just one small niggle / recommendation for the owners. Initially there was only one tiny partly broken parasol. Property managers quickly supplied a new large one (great service), but really the property needs 3 of them for 6 people to comfortably relax around the pool. Cyprus is hot! Sockets are English 3 pin so no need to take euro adapters, but you will need a euro to uk adapter to use the iron and hairdryer supplied. All in all, a great place to stay and we would definitely return"

"The villa is a 50 minute drive from Paphos airport and easy to find (if you look on google earth). On arrival, it was easy to find the key and open up. It was spacious and very well equipped, clean and tidy and there were plenty of towels provided. A cleaner attended to change bedding after 7 days which was a lovely treat as not all properties offer this service. The bed in the main room was a little on the hard side and some of the pillows were a bit hard. We woke up stiff on several mornings. The sofa’s, were low and, being made of leather material, you needed a towel to sit on otherwise they were sticky & uncomfortable. The pool was very cold in June and had not yet warmed up from the summer sun making it difficult to enjoy. There’s plenty of sun beds and places to relax in the garden and poolside. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The area is very quiet, and you’re not overlooked and it is a few hundred yards from the beach and restaurants. There are two very close by restaurants which were, we felt, the best in the local area. On the whole we had a lovely 10 day stay at this villa. The small disadvantages were outweighed by all the other advantages. We would happily visit this villa again. Thank you."

"excellent villa, very quiet and peaceful and friendly area. the villa is beautiful and has everything you could need. the restaurant's and shops are easily walkable and next to the harbour, it was only 20 euros for a boat trip to the blue lagoon. this was a good choice for us"
