You'll enjoy a lovely kitchen, laundry room, a HUGE balcony, and a Gulf-front master bedroom. As a bonus, this condo offers two FREE beach chairs each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31st)! The kitchen is all new with many upgrades including granite counters tops and all stainless steel appliances. In addition to the upgrades, the kitchen is stocked with all things needed to prepare a meal for your family/group. You'll find pots, pans, baking ware, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, glasses and more. You'll also find microwave, blender, mixer, toaster and coffee pot. All the convenience of home! The dining area has plenty of room for family/group meals with seating at the dining table and more at the counter with bar stools. Great not only for dining, but social gatherings and playing cards or board games, as well! Next you'll find the living area which has a direct view of the water! The living area is beautifully decorated with a queen size sofa sleeper, along with side seating, ottoman, lighting, large flat screen TV, DVD player, fans, and draperies for privacy. This beautiful Tropic Winds unit offers a Gulf view master suite which is accommodated with a king size bed, flat screen television, bedside lighting, a warm décor and ceiling fan. The large sliding door offers access to the balcony which you can open and listen to the gentle sounds of the waves as you drift off to sleep. The master suite has a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combo and bath linens. The guest room is accommodated with a king size bed with beautiful and comfortable bed linens, bedside lighting, flat screen television with DVD player and ceiling fan. There is access from the bedroom to the second bathroom. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower combination and fully stocked with all bath linens. The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises and private dining. This beautiful condo is well kept by its owners. Book it now! Very quiet and couldn't hear any of our neighbors. Unit was very clean, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back again. It was well maintained and very well appointed. The decor was exceptional - the pictures do not do it justice. The location is very close to Pier Park, which was ideal. Most of all, the owner (Melissa) was gracious and responsive. We had some logistical issues initially, but she was more than acommodating in making things right in the end. For that reason, we will never hesitate to return to properties she owns and will recommend her without hesitation. Looking forward to returning asap. ##### earl s. This property was VERY clean. Kitchen has everything you could ask for. All new appliances. Beds were beyond comfortable. View was the best! The descriptions were too modest! Reviewer Comments: Greta's is the first management company I have ever dealt with that actually called and let us know that our condo was ready if we wanted to arrive a couple hours early. Very much appreciated after a long drive. Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, and view from this end unit is amazing. A problem with the entry door closing was fixed within 2 hours of reporting it. The only suggestion would be an upgrade to the pots/pans, but not a huge deal. Condo looked like the pictures. Linens could be replaced soon, my sheets felt like they were a little worn out. My only issues were with the property not the condo, the pool was really small for the number of people that were using it, and more times than not, there weren’t any chairs for people to sit at next to the pool. Also the parking garage was a nightmare for anyone with a larger truck, SUV , we rented a golf cart for the week only to be told that golf carts are NOT allowed on the property. So we had to park it somewhere else even though we had paid for two spaces and were only using one of them. So although we liked the condo, we will stay somewhere that has a normal parking garage, bigger pool, and allow golf carts for the price we paid here or less, next time. ##### Kari S.
