Check in was smooth and no contact. It was perfect for us (my husband and myself) and our dogs. There’s a fenced in yard and a sliding door right in the ‘master’ bedroom for easy in and out access for potty breaks. Manny was just a text away with any concerns/questions we had regarding the house, and was helpful. The beach was a bit of a walk, but an easy one. The backpack beach chairs (in the shed) were a big plus! We spent hours at the beach each day with the dogs- there is a leash law, so be aware of that. Port St Joe was a great tourist town and had a lot of restaurants and stores, unfortunately, it is not walking distance and requires a car (15 min drive). The house and property are beautiful and located conveniently between Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. There is a short walk to the beach that faces Bay San Blas. The walk is through a beautiful neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. I loved that the property is dog-friendly because I love bringing my dog to the beach with me! The house itself is spacious and clean with a large fenced in yard.
