"One of the best places I’ve stayed! My father was raised in Barre and we often have to stay in Gardner when we visit. It was amazing to not have to drive 20+ minutes to get to my cousins farm. The house feels like home. The beds were all comfortable. It was nice to be able to spread out and have enough space for everyone to relax. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation or host! I will definitely be booking again."

"My wife & I use VRBO rentals on a regular basis. This is on of the few spots where the photos actually represent the property. This place is wonderful...from the beautiful sunrises to the gorgeous sunsets. This cottage is clean, neat and just the right size for two folks. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans. The couches were very comfy & the big screen TV was just right. This is a great spot to relax & enjoy God's creation. The property owner Michael responds quickly to your requests. "

"This is an amazing home in a friendly neighborhood. The home is new and well appointed with all new appliances. Very roomy and comfortable. The outside deck is great for relaxing with a morning cup or after a busy day. Hannaford is nearby for groceries so you can cook in the beautiful kitchen. And Dan was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all questions and friendly. Highly recommend this rental!"

"Jim’s home was the perfect resting place & backdrop to my eldest sons wedding! The home provided space for all my immediate family members who traveled from Hawaii, Oregon, Florida, Vermont & New Hampshire. It’s was a quiet and peaceful retreat from all the hustle & bustle of a larger than life wedding weekend. The home has a large and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful surroundings! We would def stay here again—thank you Jim for sharing this wonderful space with us!"

The house is in a hilly neighborhood which would not be ideal for older adult walkers, but was fine for us. There was an unusually strong "garlicky" smell in the house that could use some scented or odor neutralizing candles.
