« This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end. »

Air conditioning & Wi Fi Marco Polo and his team were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so relaxing. « C'est un merveilleux lieu pour se reposer après l'agitation des villes indiennes. Le confort et la nourriture sont parfaits. Seul bémol, le service est impersonnel. Pour le Kérala, c'est assez étonnant. C'est comme si il n'y avait pas de vie dans cet hôtel et les services annoncés sur le web ne sont pas réellement présents, pas de spa, pas de boutique ni de café ouverts. Juste parfait pour faire rien et profiter de la piscine merveilleuse. De plus, il n'y a rien à faire aux allentours. »
