great breakfast service and food. Excellent location to nearby attractions.

Every member of the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the historic city center in a pedestrian zone. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly.

Right in the centre of the historic city, rooms are new, staff is very helpful and friendly. Felt very safe in the area, lots of great restaurants a few steps from the hotel.

We loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo Achates. The location was within easy walking distance to the main restaurant and shopping area. There are a couple of great lively spots just around the corner from the hotel than we would stop for a drink. Our room was clean and looked newly renovated. We appreciated the patio for a little quiet time after our busy days. Communication with the staff was quick and helpful. We would stay here again,

Grazie !

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed, hands down. The only challenge I will have is matching the level of client service, care and rapport put in from the amazing team

Great hotel, excellent location, hotel kept in immaculate condition. The staff was outstanding, willing to help us with everything.

I loved the hotel, close to everything in a safe area. Designer shops right next to hotel, great service, good breakfast.

beautiful boutique hôtel, staff was amazing!

Staff very friendly and always wanting to help

Beautiful B&B in an excellent location in Palermo. Within walking distance to everything. Staff was excellent and the bathrooms were the nicest we have seen in Italy. Highly recommended.

Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. Easy walk to the main strip. Very sufficient breakfast of fruit, pastries, juices and cappuccino. Would recommend!

Katia is a truly wonderful host. Her rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. They are modern with all amenities and great air conditioning. The B&B is well located with buses a 2 to 5 minute walk away and restaurants and cafes very nearby and more within easy walking distance. Breakfast is great especially the cappuccinos!!! Grazie mille Katia!

The pool and restaurant/drink lounge view is amazing. Service was excellent. All staff speak good English. We were so impressed with service and food that we canceled the hotel at the next leg of our three week trip and booked with the Rocco Forte location in Verdura. For anyone reading older reviews, I would disregard as the property changed ownership at the end of 2019 and went over an extensive renovation and was closed for a year and a half. Since the reopening under new ownership, the rooms...
