"We missed the breakfast because we were jetlagged. The honey scented amenities were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall good experience but not exceptional. It was overpriced for the experience. But it was in a good location. The status on Expedia said we would have a complimentary drink per adult guest but that was not offered. Kettle in room did not work, neither did the outlet to charge our phone. Also we tried calling the front desk for room service, no one picked up. Overall I would not pay this price again for this experience. It was average at best. "

"Very nice hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was great and the location very central to all attractions. Front desk staff were very helpful. More staff needed at the roof top bar. We gave up getting a drink after waiting over 30 minutes for service. "

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "
