« Nice location very close to the wedding we were attending. The house was cute and fit our needs as we were traveling with family. Appreciated that we could bring our pets along. Loved the hot tub. The fenced in yards were helpful. A couple of suggestions would be to mow the grass. It was really high in the front and back yard which made it hard to use the fire pit. We pulled all the weeds in the fire pit but the grass was just too high around it to comfortably sit. Another issue was the house...

« It was fun being in the center of town! We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The Greenway was a pleasant way to wind down the day…with a pleasant walk along the creek. The house is only a few miles from Luray Caverns which we visited one afternoon. It is also a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. The house provided a comfortable spot to spend a relaxing evening after hiking all day! The rooms were clean and welcoming. The host responded quickly to all of our questions in...

« Relaxing Thanksgiving holiday get-away with the family. Who wouldn't want to stay above a coffee shop! The layout of the place was great. The place was clean, right on main street, and walking distance from cute shops and restaurants. Great area for walking trails as well. We traveled with our two kids, our dog, and nanny. Luray Caverns was minutes away. No complaints. Parking wasn't an issue even with a huge vehicle. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and informative. »

« This is an awesome stay, place is clean, sleeps 8 if there are families with children even has a crib. Location is amazing, close to Luray Caverns, town and several eating establishments. The Walmart a block away was extremely convenient not to mention the ice cream place. Maybe not the place for three couples but for kids would be awesome. »

« Overall it was a nice space. It’s more like an oversized hotel room, with a small sitting area and kitchenette similar to what you’d find in a standard hotel. The place was reasonably priced and worked well for what we needed during our stay, and the location was very convenient for our purpose in town.That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and felt a bit unsteady, and I noticed a random sock and some dust under the bed, which made me wonder...

And while i took my now finance out for dinner, the staff helped place rose petals and candles around the room with champagne and strawberries as i had requested. Did even better then i imagined. "Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
