Stuffs (Raksha) are helpful and friendly. Room cleaning could’ve been faster and better. More linens will be helpful down the line.

Friendly staff, the restaurant has excellent dining options.

We stayed for three nights in a Superior Room. The room was large and comfortable. It was cold but we'd been given a heater that we did appreciate. The bathroom was large and well equipped. I think generally for India though it was expensive. It's living off it's old reputation a bit. But we picked it because basically everyone recommended it from the Man in Seat 61 to my mothers best friend. The grounds were lovely. Breakfast was good (buffet style). I wasn't impressed too much by the evening meal. I thought it was too expensive. And it was held by candlelight - it was so dark I had to use the torch on my phone to read the menu... Overall - it was good, not excellent. If I went back I'd choose somewhere else, because we've done this now, but I'm glad we stayed there this time.

Was not aware that the hotel doesn't offer eggs or alcohol. They should have mentioned on their website, especially for international guests.
