"The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

"This apartment is promoted as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with pool. What they fail to promote is that there is a major plumbing issue with the bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet that doesn't flush thoroughly and the other gurgles through the sink all day and night long. When we checked in, there was debris in the master bath toilet, which we reported. "I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Burbank. The main thing that stuck out to me was how friendly and helpful the staff were. There was a particular gentleman who worked the front desk in the evening who was so kind to me and stepped in to help me with something personal. He also upgraded our room to a suite when he saw the room I had booked was no longer available. He was just an outstanding employee! I also loved the location of the hotel. My husband and I were able to walk downtown Burbank and eat at the different restaurants there. It felt very safe. The hotel is very big and spacious. It has a type of resort feel to it. The only negative thing I would say would be that the TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs, and there are some areas where the carpet is stained. Other than that, everything was super clean and it was a very pleasant stay. My husband and I are already talking about our next trip to Burbank and plan to stay here again!"
