« Our second time staying here, we really enjoy this home and the quiet location. The 8 of us stayed comfortably and we loved the layout of the big living area where we could all be together. The large, well set up kitchen accommodates cooks and helpers to work around each other very comfortably. A very nice place to stay at beautiful Cape Kiwanda. »

« Renting process was way as to be expected. Owner quickly reached out with initial details of our stay and again before checking, with a personal touch that was warm and appreciated. Location was wonderful, a little tucked away from the busy, but still close to stores and activities. House was well stocked, clean and organized. Space was larger than I had expected. « Rented this house for Easter weekend. It was 6 adults and 1 child. The view was beautiful the house was very comfortable and well stocking, except for paper towels, only one roll for 3 nights. However that is my only con, every thing else was wonderful!!! »

« We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again! »

« The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house! »

« My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again! »

« One word to describe our stay - wow! The view is just absolutely breathtaking from the second you walk through the front door, and that alone is enough for us to come back and stay again. Magnifique vue, insonorisation chambres
"Pour notre road trip sur la côte de l’Oregon nous avons choisi cet établissement à un prix vraiment attractif (basse saison novembre 2023) 105 euros la nuit. A ce prix nous avons profité d’un couché de soleil depuis la chambre face à l’océan dans notre lit king, ensuite seance sauna, bain à remous et piscine, et pour finir le lendemain un petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont vraiment très propres et très confortables, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Seuls deux points négatifs: 1/ Nous avons été réveillé à 6H30 à cause de la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, des enfants parlaient assez fort 2/ Le petit déjeuner n’est pas vraiment interessant, produits industriels, peu de gout, aucun fruits frais etc… difficile de trouver des petits déjeuner correct ici."
