Couldn't even sit outside because only one picnic table for three units. "The place was filthy. Plumbing was bad TVs didn’t work. We had to change the beds when we got there and sweep out previous guess mess of dog hair and food etc. on floor and sinks fridge raider oven microwave coffee pot was disgusting. Bathrooms were dirty, dirty towels and shower. I will personally never rent this place again definitely a one star."

"This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast."

"An amazing room, everything was so comfortable and spacious. Walk in Shower had dual showerheads. Wish the vanity area had a bit more counter space but counter space under the TV was perfect to store other items. Loved having to ability to have the door open each evening to listen to the waves. We don’t use the jacuzzi tub, but it was under a window looking out to the beach and maybe next time we’ll have time to use it. The hotel was centrally located within Lincoln city so everything was easy to get to. This hotel is the perfect getaway for couples as it is an adult only hotel. We are excited to go back again next year."
