« After reading the reviews I packed a small cleaning kit and hand held carpet cleaner. I didn't need them. « Neskowin is a great private beach with multiple access. The tree house three floor design gives you a top living floor with view of the ocean and pine tree tops. Large space for indoor and outdoor activity. Great separation of activities from top floor to bottom floor TV and hot tub. Great beach access just 100 yards from the door. »

« We love Neskowin’s beach and this home provided not only easy access but also a view of the beach. Very comfy beds and nicely appointed kitchen. The main level rooms on 2nd level are the most used and in the best shape. The lower level and top level could use some updating, and the windows could use cleaning, especially the screens, plus a number of the window shades cords are not functioning properly, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. »
