Pros: Nice, clean place with easy beach access. Staff were nice. Good location.
Cons: I don’t know if they have a strict adherence to the 4:00 check-in time or if housekeeping is understaffed, but we got there between 3-3:30 and couldn’t check in because room wasn’t ready. When we came back a little after 4:00 there still seemed to be some confusion as to whether or not the room was ready, thankfully, it was. Housekeeping didn’t knock on our door the next day until almost 6:00pm! I’ve never been to a hotel where they’ve came by so late.
Hotel elevators and corridors were hot & stuffy. The elevators I can understand, but it seems like the only reason the corridors were that way is because the AC is turned off at night? I noticed as the day went on the corridors felt better and then the next morning they would be stuffy again.
Pool is pretty small too.
It was a nice place though and I would stay here again, but I do think the rating on hotels.com is too high. I would give it an 8, not a 9.2.

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony and main bedroom. Loved getting up early and watching the dolphins swim by. Super easy access to the beach and close to shops and fun activities. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet and peaceful!
