"My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units. We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the condo. It’s a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 – 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didn’t use as we walked to dinner. A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and everything was just as described. This was our first time booking a house like this so I had a few questions and the owner answered me quickly. The neighborhood was quite and close to shopping, restaurants and the beach."

"The Cottage was a small Quaint Cottage, 1 BR, 1BA, small LR with TV over top of Refrigerator. Nice little cottage, comfy, not much storage. Had plenty of nice Towey, no washcloths I. Bath or kitchen. Some dishes in cabinet wasn't cleaned, some pots and pans weren't cleaned well. No ice trays in freezer, tiny coffee cups. We went to DG and bought 3 ice trays, dish liquid and Bar Keepers Friend to clean pots and pans so we could use them, bought 2 larger coffee mugs. Also bought a pack of wash clothes for bath and kitchen, which we brought most home with us, also bought some laundry Detergent and dryer sheets. Did wash some towels, but didn't wash own sheets as requested, seeing as how we paid a cleaning fee. I swept the cottage and straightened everything, put everything back how it was when we arrived. Was a nice, cozy cottage, but needs a lot of amenities added."
