"Had a horrible 2 nights stay here. They do accept pets and the people in the room above us left their dog locked inside the room as they went out for the night. This dog barked all night long AFTER complaining to yhe front desk. They said they were well aware as wr werent the only ones that complained. The next night sounded like we were living under a bowling alley.. noise all night long. The food at the bar was gross, wings were breaded and drenched in red hot sauce and soggy.. breakfast buffet was not much better. Definitely would not stay here again. Only real good thing was the location"

"We love this place. Kon Tiki is by far our favorite place to stay in Florida. The hotel is small in size but the rooms are huge. It’s is always super clean the staff is amazing. The pool area is clean and the patio is awesome. We love to sit outside and watch the boats go by in the water. I hate to rate this place so high because everyone will want to stay here and may make it harder for us to get a room. But I have to be honest, it is a great place to stay and I cannot recommend it enough."

"We have stayed at this HI Express several times and so appreciate the great staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. They are amazing, and we are so grateful that you are there so that we can travel safely and comfortably. We will be back!"

"We booked the biggest room they had a king suite with sitting room with couch about 725 sqft , room was very nice but ac unit in bedroom wasn't working , went to office guy came to room said put ac on high in sitting room it will cool, after z hour it was hot as hell in room , went to office they said thats the only room like that they had , well youll have to give me another room, they gave me a regular room with 2 beds way smaller and he wouldn't reduce rent for smaller room said we have to call expedia so we did expedia tried to get them to lower rate they wouldn't, so expedia gave us a $50 credit for next time , poor service not recommended."
